Students may register for any class as long as they meet the pre-requisites set forth by the certifying body. For questions concerning eligibility, please contact an account representative at 888-418-7051. Classes are open to Corporate and Government employees only.
Test Pass Academy STRICTLY adheres to the rules and regulations set forth by testing authorities, Pearson VUE, Prometric and EC-Council. Under no circumstances will any student be allowed to use anything other than their brain during testing. Any student attempting to cheat while taking an exam will immediately have their test terminated and the procedures set forth by Pearson VUE, Prometric and EC-Council will be adhered to. Test Candidates must sign waivers for video and audio recording of the test room during test examination. Test Pass Academy maintains a zero tolerance policy for misconduct while taking an exam.
In the interest of all students, contractors and staff – Test Pass Academy expects everyone to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Vulgar language, racist/sexist remarks, destruction of property, theft, violence, disparagement (company, staff, other students), threatening behavior, fighting and/or criminal behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and student(s) participation in program will immediately cease with no refund. Test Pass Academy maintains a zero tolerance policy. Further – any disperagement of organization, clients or staff to anyone (written or verbal) will be ground for termination with no refund.
All invoices are in U.S. Dollars, payments must be made in U.S. Dollars and payments via check must be drawn on a U.S. Bank Account. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Paypal, Bank Wire, SF-182 and Corporate Purchase Orders. International payments with non-U.S. banks may be made via credit card and/or Wire transfer. Payment must be made in advance of your training with the exception of Purchase Orders, in which the terms of the PO apply.
Test Pass Academy makes every effort to avoid cancellation of any class or bootcamp. We are very understanding if a person needs to reschedule or cancel class as life/work items do come up. Test Pass Academy will provide a full refund minus any cost incurred (Such as books, labs) for cancellations exceeding 14 calendar days prior to camp. Students cancelling within 14 days will be offered a credit toward another camp minus any incurred cost as mentioned previously. Once a student starts a camp – absolutely no monetary refund is provided. If student has concern while attending camp – all efforts will be made to address and resolve concern. If no mutual agreement can be reached, student will be offered opportunity to attend same or different camp for the remaining amount of credit minus any cost incurred. Onsite Corporate Events or Private Training Events that require a person to withdraw their registration or substitute a different person are not subject to the above policy. Please contact your account representative regarding these sessions. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. A fee may be added where applicable. Final decision on whether a class will run are made 7 calendar days out from the start of the class. We do not recommend to book any non-refundable travel costs before the class is confirmed to run on this seventh day from the class start date. As we do not include student travel expenses in our classes, we are not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by the attendees.
Some of our bootcamps include the exam fee or the fee can be added on to the class price. Other bootcamps we are not able to offer the exam or add the exam fee, please verify this information on the particular class you are registering for. Some of our classes such as CompTIA and Microsoft classes offer a free exam retake voucher if you do not pass the exam. Restrictions do apply so be sure to ask your account representative. Exams that we offer a free exam retake, the initial exam must be taken within 30 days of the last day of class. The exam re-take, if needed, must be taken within 60 days from the last day of class. You must also attend every day of class to qualify for an exam retake. Test centers such as Pearson VUE and Prometric have their own testing policies regarding rescheduling, missed appointments, canceling and no-shows. Vouchers can not be replaced if you do not adhere to their policies and/or if the test centers marks your exam result as fail due to not adhering to their testing policies. A voucher will not be replaced if you miss an exam appointment. Retake vouchers cannot be accumulated or used for other exams. While Test Pass Academy maintains a high exam pass rate, we do not make any guarantees (verbal or written) that a student will pass any exam. Failing any/all exams does not constitute any refund.
